Momentum, formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, provides day programs, employment services, independent and supported living, early intervention and therapy for children and adults with disabilities and medical conditions across three counties. It is one of the larger legacy UCP affiliates on the West Coast. Its main sites are in Chatsworth and Thousand Oaks.
