New Horizons
New Horizons is a San Fernando Valley agency supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through day services, employment and pre-employment transition services for youth, and independent living support. It has operated in the north-east Valley for decades and states that it kept services running as an essential provider through recent emergencies, including the local fires. In 2025 it merged with The Campbell Center of Torrance.
