Rowell Family Empowerment of Northern California
Rowell Family Empowerment is a parent-founded and parent-run organization in Redding serving families of children with disabilities across the far north of California. It provides community navigation, parent consultation, respite care, personal assistance, a behavior program and S.L.A.T.E., its autism training and education program. For several far northern counties it is the only family support organization of any kind based in the region.
