UCP of Sacramento and Northern California has served people with developmental disabilities for around seventy years from a base on Auburn Boulevard in Sacramento. It runs adult day programs, the CLASP program, family respite services, transportation, recreation and therapy services, UCP camps and Saddle Pals equine-assisted therapy. The combination of respite, transport and therapeutic riding under one organization is unusual in the capital region.
