Shanas Place Assisted Living
Shana's Place is a Colorado licensed, Medicaid certified assisted living residence with two homes in Palmer Lake serving people who are elderly, blind or have disabilities and cannot afford private pay assisted living. It provides one on one caregiving, 24 hour supervision, person centered care planning and primary care through a partner medical practice.
