HCPF Office of Community Living (OCL)
The Office of Community Living is the unit inside HCPF created in July 2012 that is responsible for long-term services and supports for people with disabilities and older adults. It sets strategic direction on service models, payment structures and data systems, administers the HCBS waivers, and led Case Management Redesign. It works with the Department of Local Affairs Division of Housing, the Department of Public Health and Environment and the Department of Human Services.
