Project Angel Heart
Project Angel Heart is a Colorado nonprofit that prepares and delivers medically tailored meals, free of charge, to people living with severe illness. Meals are designed for specific medical conditions and are delivered to clients' homes across its service regions, with referrals accepted from individuals and families and from health care partners. It runs a Food is Medicine research and policy program and convenes a statewide Food is Medicine summit.
