The Resource Exchange (TRE)
A Community Centered Board, one of the twenty private nonprofit bodies designated in Colorado statute to determine developmental disability eligibility and organize services in a defined catchment. It is also the designated Case Management Agency for its area. It is the local administrative unit for Early Intervention Colorado in its area. Typical services include adult day and residential supports, supported employment, family support and Supported Living Services, delivered under Colorado's Medicaid HCBS waivers.
