Continuum of Colorado
Continuum of Colorado provides lifetime supports to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the south Denver metro. Its services are home and community support including personal care, respite, community connector, homemaker and mentorship; therapeutic services covering massage, music and movement therapy; day activities on site and in the community; a Seniors' Choice program and non-traditional day activities; supported employment; benefits counseling; and residential services.
