Connecticut Housing Finance Authority
CHFA is Connecticut's quasi public housing finance agency. It finances affordable rental housing including supportive housing for people with disabilities, administers low income housing tax credits, and runs homeownership mortgage programs. For disabled renters its main relevance is as the funder behind much of the state's supportive and accessible affordable housing stock.
