Connecticut Junior Republic
Connecticut Junior Republic is a Litchfield based children's nonprofit founded in the nineteenth century tradition of self governing youth communities. Today it runs a Connecticut approved private special education school, residential treatment, community based behavioral health and juvenile justice programs for young people with emotional, behavioral and learning needs.
