EASTCONN
EASTCONN is the regional educational service center for northeastern Connecticut, a public agency created by its member school districts. It runs Birth to Three early intervention, magnet and alternative schools, special education programs for students that districts cannot serve locally, adult education, employment and transition services, and professional development for teachers across the Quiet Corner.
