EASTCONN Birth to Three
EASTCONN Birth to Three is a program contracted by the Connecticut Birth to Three System, the state's IDEA Part C early intervention program, to evaluate infants and toddlers under three and deliver early intervention in the family's home and other everyday settings. It is contracted to serve 21 towns, which fall in New London, Tolland and Windham counties. Birth to Three uses a primary service provider model, so one practitioner coaches the family with a team behind them.
