North Central Area Agency on Aging
NCAAA is the Area Agency on Aging for north central Connecticut under the Older Americans Act. It funds and coordinates senior nutrition, caregiver support, health promotion, elder abuse prevention and transportation programs in its towns, runs the CHOICES Medicare counseling program locally, and is part of Connecticut's Aging and Disability Resource Center network. Its services reach adults aged 60 and over and adults with disabilities of any age in some programs.
