PLAN of Connecticut is a nonprofit providing lifetime planning and services for people with disabilities whose families are planning for a time when they can no longer provide support. It acts as trustee or co-trustee of special needs trusts, provides representative payee and money management services, and offers personal advocacy and regular visiting so that someone independent is watching over the person's wellbeing.
