Rehabilitation Associates of Connecticut
Rehabilitation Associates of Connecticut is a program contracted by the Connecticut Birth to Three System, the state's IDEA Part C early intervention program, to evaluate infants and toddlers under three and deliver early intervention in the family's home and other everyday settings. It is contracted to serve 51 towns, which fall in Fairfield, Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex, New Haven and New London counties. It is also approved as an autism specialty program. Birth to Three uses a primary service provider model, so one practitioner coaches the family with a team behind them.
