Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging
SWCAA is the Area Agency on Aging for southwestern Connecticut, covering the Bridgeport, Stamford, Norwalk and Danbury areas. It funds and coordinates Older Americans Act services, runs CHOICES Medicare counseling, operates an aging and disability resource line, and supports family caregivers. Its region is the most linguistically diverse in the state and it publishes material accordingly.
