Theracare
Theracare is a program contracted by the Connecticut Birth to Three System, the state's IDEA Part C early intervention program, to evaluate infants and toddlers under three and deliver early intervention in the family's home and other everyday settings. It is contracted to serve 6 towns, which fall in Fairfield and Hartford counties. It is also approved as an autism specialty program. Birth to Three uses a primary service provider model, so one practitioner coaches the family with a team behind them.
