Capitol Region Education Council Birth to Three
CREC is a program contracted by the Connecticut Birth to Three System, the state's IDEA Part C early intervention program, to evaluate infants and toddlers under three and deliver early intervention in the family's home and other everyday settings. It is contracted to serve all 169 Connecticut towns. It is also approved as an deaf and hard of hearing specialty program. Birth to Three uses a primary service provider model, so one practitioner coaches the family with a team behind them.
