Connecticut Bureau of Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing Services
This bureau of the Department of Aging and Disability Services is Connecticut's state office for people who are Deaf, DeafBlind or hard of hearing. It provides advocacy and information, coordinates communication access including interpreting referrals, and runs community access, communication, socialisation and assistive technology services for people who are DeafBlind. It is based at 184 Windsor Avenue in Windsor alongside the blind services bureau.
