DC Autism Parents (DCAP)
DC Autism Parents is a small District 501(c)(3) founded and led by a parent, Yetta Myrick, that connects families in the Washington region to autism resources from diagnosis through adulthood. It publishes a monthly newsletter and a video series, runs workshops and community events, and compiles and navigates resources for families. Its stated aim is advocacy, education, support, services and research that promote community inclusion and awareness.
