Delaware Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
DVR is Delaware's state vocational rehabilitation agency, housed in the Delaware Department of Labor. It works one-to-one with people with disabilities who want to prepare for, get or keep a job, offering counseling, training, job placement, supported employment with job coaching, assistive technology and benefits counseling so people understand how earnings affect their benefits. DVR also delivers Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and Project SEARCH for high school students with disabilities, and it helps employers with disability awareness training, accommodations and recruiting.
