State Council for Persons with Disabilities
SCPD brings disability advocates and state agency policy makers together in one council so that Delawareans with disabilities can be fully included in their communities. It administers the Delaware Traumatic Brain Injury Fund, which helps survivors pay for services, and publishes a Brain Injury Toolkit. SCPD also houses the state ADA Coordinator and provides interpreter and alternate-format accommodations.
