The Arc of Delaware
The Arc of Delaware advocates for and supports Delawareans with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. It runs self-advocacy programming (RISE DE), housing supports, employment assistance, outreach and social and recreational activities. The Wilmington office covers New Castle County and a second office covers Kent and Sussex.
