Division of Developmental Disabilities Services, New Castle County Regional Office
DDDS is the Delaware state agency that determines eligibility for and funds services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It authorizes and oversees the provider agencies that deliver day habilitation, residential habilitation, supported living, supported employment, prevocational services, respite, behavioral consultation, nursing and assistive technology.
