Therapeutic Riding of Trainable Program (TROT) at Carousel Park
TROT is New Castle County's therapeutic riding program, run at the county-owned Carousel Park & Equestrian Center. Riders age 4 and up with physical and cognitive disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury, work one-to-one with an instructor in 60-minute lessons. Sessions run six days a week, closed Fridays.
