Statewide Programs for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind provides outreach services to deaf and hard of hearing children and their families across Delaware, including a Deaf Mentor program, family education, and support to schools serving children in their home districts. It is based on the Delaware School for the Deaf campus in Newark.
