Birth to Three Regional Program - Kent and Sussex
Birth to Three is Delaware's early intervention program for children under three with developmental concerns or delays. Parents can refer their own child without a professional recommendation. After a referral, a team member contacts the family, arranges a multidisciplinary evaluation if needed, and if the child qualifies writes an Individualized Family Service Plan with goals and services.
