The Salvation Army Delaware - Developmental Disabilities Program
The Salvation Army's Developmental Disabilities Program has supported adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Sussex County for more than 42 years. It runs 15 homes across the county with support ranging from a few hours a week to around-the-clock care, plus a Community Options Program for volunteering and recreation and a Supported Employment Program for job training and placement. Creative HEARTS gives participants a way to make art that is shown in galleries and offered for sale.
