ITAC is a not-for-profit that runs a free equipment program and Illinois Relay for people in Illinois who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Late-Deafened, Deaf-Blind or Speech-Disabled. Eligible residents with phone service can apply for phone equipment they can use.
