Tri-County GLAD serves deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind and deaf-disabled individuals across Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. Staff work to ensure equal access, with deaf services, a mental health outreach program, interpreter requests and resource help.
