Hands & Voices of Oregon
Hands & Voices of Oregon runs the Guide By Your Side program through an agreement with Oregon's Early Hearing Detection and Intervention program. It supports families of babies and children who are deaf or hard of hearing as hearing loss is identified and diagnosed, and connects them to resources for their child's chosen mode of communication.
