Deaf Action Center
The Betty & Leonard Phillips Deaf Action Center provides services to people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have multiple disabilities, and their families, in Northwest Louisiana. It offers interpreting services, sign language classes and webcasts, and promotes public awareness.
