The Developmental Learning Center, formerly DLC Nurse and Learn, is an inclusion childcare and early learning center in Jacksonville for children of all abilities, from six weeks through age 22. It provides specialized childcare, VPK, early intervention, a prescribed pediatric extended care program, onsite therapies and nursing support, plus extended day, after school and summer care, and welcomes children with diagnoses such as Down syndrome and cerebral palsy.
