Faye Clark's New Horizons operates community group homes and an adult residential training program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Hialeah area. The organization also offers specialized supports for people with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders and behavioral challenges, with the goal of helping residents live as independently as possible.
