Agency for Persons with Disabilities - Northeast Region, Gainesville Office
This is the APD Northeast Region office in Gainesville. APD regional offices are where Floridians apply for developmental disability services, where eligibility is determined, where pre-enrollment priority categories are assigned and reviewed, and where enrollment offers to the iBudget Florida waiver are made. The office also handles group home and adult day training licensing, incident reports and provider matters for its counties. The Northeast Region covers 20 counties; this office serves Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Putnam, Suwannee, Taylor, Union.
