Agency for Persons with Disabilities - Northwest Region, Tallahassee Office
This is the APD Northwest Region office in Tallahassee. APD regional offices are where Floridians apply for developmental disability services, where eligibility is determined, where pre-enrollment priority categories are assigned and reviewed, and where enrollment offers to the iBudget Florida waiver are made. The office also handles group home and adult day training licensing, incident reports and provider matters for its counties. The Northwest Region covers 16 counties; this office serves Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Wakulla.
