SEU Link is a Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Program (FPCTP) linking students to independent living, self-advocacy, and employment. Person-centered planning (PCP) is used for students to map out their goals for the future and their individualized sequence of electives, internships, and industry credentials.
