Central Florida Communities operates three 64-bed intermediate care facilities for people with developmental disabilities, Howell Branch Court, Lake View Court and Washington Square, together with seventeen six-bed group homes through its affiliate Central Florida Group Homes. It serves Orange, Seminole, Brevard and Lake counties and specializes in supporting people with significant behavioral support needs who require around-the-clock nursing and medical oversight.
