Consumer-Directed Care Plus (CDC+)
CDC+ is APD's self-direction alternative to the iBudget waiver. A participant gives up their approved iBudget cost plan in exchange for a smaller monthly budget that they control directly, hiring and paying their own workers and buying approved supports and services. Participants or their representatives act as the employer of record, with a fiscal employer agent handling payroll and taxes. It is aimed at people who want more control over who supports them and when.
