Special Olympics Georgia
Special Olympics Georgia runs year-round sports training and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities across the state, organized through local area programs that families join directly. Alongside competition it runs Unified Sports, the Healthy Athletes screening program, a families program, coach and volunteer training, the Law Enforcement Torch Run and state games; the 2026 State Fall Games were held in Valdosta.
