Clayton County Health District - Babies Can't Wait (Public Health District 3-3)
The Clayton County Health District is one of Georgia's 18 public health districts and is the local provider of Babies Can't Wait, the state's Part C early intervention program, for its 1 counties. District staff take referrals, carry out developmental evaluations, write Individualized Family Service Plans and coordinate therapy and family support for children from birth to age three. The district also runs Children 1st, Children's Medical Services and other maternal and child health programs that feed into early intervention.
