FOCUS on Fragile Kids
FOCUS supports Georgia families of children with disabilities and complex medical needs. Its programs are parent support and share groups, bereavement support, hospital visits, family activities, a family camp, Extra Special Saturday, summer day camps, the FAST Fins adaptive swim team, teen and young adult programming, overnight camps, an alumni program and a loaned equipment library with an equipment grant program. It also publishes resource lists covering respite, transportation, home modifications, music therapy, sibling support and transition to adult services.
