Community Empowerment Resources
Community Empowerment Resources helps people with disabilities in Honolulu, working mainly with people living with mental illness in their homes, at work and in other community settings. Its case managers help people reach psychiatric and medication services, find a primary care doctor, find a job and vocational services, apply for state and federal benefits, find private or public housing, and get help with justice related matters, with a case manager available around the clock for crisis assessment and intervention.
