Mastercare is one of only four DDD waiver providers with a physical office on all four populated islands, with sites in Honolulu, Hilo, Wailuku and Lihue. It provides personal assistance and habilitation and individual and group community learning services including registered behavior technician support, respite including nurse respite, chore, private duty nursing, and behavior, speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy and nurse training and consultation, plus specialized medical equipment and supplies. It is an approved Hawaii DDD Medicaid I/DD Waiver provider agency.
