Parents And Children Together (PACT)
Parents And Children Together is a large Hawaii social services nonprofit whose work touches families of children with disabilities at several points: it runs Head Start on Hawaii Island, which includes children with disabilities, along with early childhood education, family strengthening, domestic violence services and community building. It is a general family services agency rather than a disability specialist, but it is one of the bigger nonprofit infrastructures on Hawaii Island.
