Soderholm Bus and Mobility
Soderholm Bus and Mobility is the DDD waiver's vehicular modification provider, adapting cars and vans so a participant can travel safely, with statewide coverage from its Honolulu service location. It is the only vehicular modification provider in the published DDD list. It is an approved Hawaii DDD Medicaid I/DD Waiver provider agency.
