TheHandi-Van, City and County of Honolulu
TheHandi-Van is Oahu's ADA complementary paratransit service, run by the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Transportation Services alongside TheBus. It provides origin-to-destination shared rides for people whose disability prevents them using the fixed-route bus, within the corridors TheBus serves. Eligibility is determined by application and assessment, not by diagnosis alone.
