CARE Hawaii is a statewide behavioral health and community services organization that also holds a DDD waiver agreement. On the waiver it provides personal assistance and habilitation, residential habilitation and additional residential supports, individual community learning services, private duty nursing, training and consultation from dietitians, psychologists, behavior analysts, occupational and physical therapists and nurses, and the waiver emergency services of crisis mobile outreach and out-of-home stabilisation. It is an approved Hawaii DDD Medicaid I/DD Waiver provider agency.
