Easterseals Hawaii
Easterseals Hawaii is the largest multi-island disability services organization in the state, running adult day health and community service centers on Oahu, Hawaii Island, Kauai and Maui and serving Lanai. On the DDD waiver it provides personal assistance and habilitation, adult day health, individual and group community learning services, employment, respite including nurse respite, chore, non-medical transportation, private duty nursing and behavior, physical therapy and nurse training and consultation. It is also one of the state's contracted Part C early intervention providers. It is an approved Hawaii DDD Medicaid I/DD Waiver provider agency.
